Creative Energy is the webring for exceptional webpages, those with flawless design and interesting content. This is a ring for creators, not dabblers. If you'd like an idea as to what I'm looking for, please visit a few of the sites already in the ring. The following are a few standard qualifications that must be met:

• An organised, simple to navigate page, with a unique layout.
• Original graphics only.
• Interesting and attention grabbing content.
• Well written HTML, no broken images or dead links and no graphics linked to from other servers - this is bandwidth stealing, do not do it.
• The page should look decent at any resolution and in any browser, even if stated which method of viewing is preferred... it should at least be viewable in other browsers and resolutions.
• Regular updates must be apparent, out of date content is not interesting.
• Your site must not contain pornography or racism.
• Midi's and other music, popups and advertising are very irritating, there are plenty of free servers around that don't force their users to have advertising on their pages, you have no excuse. All music should have an off switch.
• Excessive obscene language is not welcome, where appropriate it is allowed, but should not be used just for the sake of using it.
• Load time should be kept to a minimum, but I understand that graphic intensive sites will take a little longer.
• The ring code must not be placed on your site until AFTER you receive confirmation that you have been accepted into the ring.
• The ring code must be on your site at all times, either on the front page, or a specific page for memberships - it must be easy to find and in working order.
